The Food Standards Agency has recently released voluntary industry guidance regarding the use of glycerol in slush ice drinks and suitability for children aged under 10 years old. Having considered the new guidance and taking into account the position of regulators in Europe regarding levels of glycerol in our products, we are working to reformulate our slush ice pouches to reduce the levels of glycerol and also update the labelling on the products in respect of its suitability for children under 10. We are working with our customers and distributors to withdraw our products from sale until the products and labelling have been reformulated.
